Hayden Dyer is a growth equity investor with 14 years of experience scaling and investing in technology companies across Australia and the United States.
He brings a unique perspective shaped by time spent on both sides of the table—helping scale a General Atlantic–backed enterprise SaaS company in New York, and supporting founders through disciplined, hands-on investing roles in both Sydney and New York. Earlier in his career at Credit Suisse, he executed over 30 capital markets and M&A transactions, including the IPO of WiseTech Global.
Hayden was Valedictorian of the UWA Business School, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics. He also co-founded the Finance Association of Western Australia.
